Crew Member
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install holiday lighting and decor on structures, trees, and other landscaping
- Embody company quality, performance, and safety standards
- Use ladders and various tools to install lights and decor
- Carry heavy loads
- Assist in keeping inventory and tools organized and in good working condition
- Find solutions to problems on-the-fly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous work in holiday decorating, sign or lighting installation, commercial painting, or similar preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be comfortable with heights and working in a lift or on tall ladders
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Must have working and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must have working and reliable cell phone
HOURS & PAY
- Full-Time Seasonal: November & December Months, Some January
- Average 34-40+ hours per week
- $12 starting, dependent on experience. Occasional performance based bonuses.
